3. Conversational AI and Third-Party Processing

Vantura uses third-party AI services to generate personalized responses to your replies and questions. As of the date of this Policy, this includes Google's Gemini and xAI's Grok. When you send a message to Vantura, the content of that message is processed by these services to generate a response.

We do not authorize third-party AI providers to train on your data. We may change or add AI providers over time and will update this Policy accordingly. We select providers based on their privacy practices and contractual commitments not to use customer inputs to train their models without explicit consent.

If you have concerns about AI processing of your messages, please contact us at hello@vantura.ai.

These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.

We use product analytics, performance monitoring, and error tracking tools to understand how the Service is used, improve its reliability, and protect against abuse. These tools may set Cookies or collect pseudonymous identifiers.

We do not “sell” Personal Data, and we do not “share” Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. If we materially change this practice, we will update this Policy and provide the choice mechanisms required by applicable law.

7. Data Retention

We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Usage Data is typically retained for shorter periods of time, except when used to maintain the security of the Service, improve functionality, or comply with applicable law. When Personal Data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be processed and stored at the Company's operating offices and in other jurisdictions where our service providers are located. These jurisdictions may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country of residence.

By submitting Personal Data, you consent to this transfer to and processing in jurisdictions outside of your home country. We will take reasonable measures to ensure your Personal Data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy, including requiring adequate safeguards where applicable.

We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

15. Changes to This Policy
