Your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit our website, join our beta, or use any product that links to this Policy (the Services).

Vantura does not sell your personal information. We do not use your Customer Data to train foundation models unless you opt in.


1) Scope

This Policy applies when Vantura acts as a controller of personal information, such as on our website, sign-up flows, marketing, and account administration. When we process Customer Data on behalf of a customer inside the product, we act as a processor or service provider and our data processing terms with that customer govern.

Our Services may link to third-party sites and integrations. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services.


2) Information We Collect


2.1 Information you provide

  • Account and contact: name, email, password, company, role, and preferences

  • Beta participation: onboarding details, feedback, survey responses, support requests

  • Billing: payment method and billing details collected by our payment processor; Vantura stores only limited metadata such as card type and last four digits

  • Content you connect: brand materials or other data you choose to upload for analysis


2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage: product interactions, features used, time and frequency of access

  • Device and log: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, timestamps, referral pages

  • Cookies and similar: see Section 7 for details


2.3 Information from third parties

  • Auth providers: sign-in information from services you authorize

  • Platforms you connect: data from social platforms you choose to connect, according to their permissions and policies

  • Partners and vendors: analytics, security, payments, and marketing tools


3) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, secure, and maintain the Services

  • Personalize onboarding and product guidance

  • Analyze usage to improve features and performance

  • Communicate about updates, beta access, and support

  • Enforce terms, prevent abuse, and protect our rights

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Create aggregated and de-identified statistics that do not identify you

Model improvement. By default, Vantura does not use Customer Data to train foundation models. You may opt in to allow use for model improvement and may withdraw at any time by contacting us at support@vantura.ai.

Output review. Vantura generates ideas and guidance. Review Output before use and ensure compliance with platform rules and applicable laws.


4) How We Share Information

We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Services under confidentiality and data protection obligations

  • Your organization if your account is provisioned by or clearly tied to that organization

  • Platform integrations that you connect and authorize

  • Professional advisers and auditors under duty of confidentiality

  • Acquirers in a merger, acquisition, or similar event

  • Authorities when required by law or to protect safety, rights, or property

We do not sell personal information.


5) Customer Data in the Product

You own your Customer Data. We process it only to deliver the Services, provide support, ensure security, comply with law, and as you instruct through product settings and integrations. Do not upload sensitive personal data unless our agreement expressly allows it.


6) Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We retain aggregated and de-identified information for analytics. You may request deletion as described in Section 10.


7) Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use:

  • Required cookies for core functionality and security

  • Performance cookies to understand usage and improve the product

  • Functional cookies to remember preferences

You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies may limit certain features. We honor applicable consent requirements in regions where they apply.


8) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, logging, and regular reviews. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.


9) International Transfers

We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. When we transfer personal data internationally, we use lawful transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses.


10) Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal information

  • Object to or restrict certain processing

  • Port personal information to another service

  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

Submit requests to support@vantura.ai. If we process your information on behalf of a customer, contact that customer directly and we will assist them as required.

Marketing. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Do Not Track. We do not respond to browser DNT signals.


11) Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have, contact support@vantura.ai and we will delete it.


12) Region-Specific Information


12.1 United States – California

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers under written contracts. California residents may exercise the rights listed in Section 10 and may authorize an agent to make requests on their behalf.


12.2 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

Legal bases for processing include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, compliance with law, and consent where required. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, though we encourage you to contact us first.


13) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy with a new “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice as appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
